Manga Planet Licenses Yuri Series ‘Girls’ Love of the Dead’On Monday, Manga Planet announced that it had licensed Nanaoku Hoshii and Akiko Morishima’s Yuri “super light novel” Girls’ Love of the Dead. The series is published by Parsola Inc. It will be released on Manga Planet this April.Manga Planet describes Girls Love of the Dead:Mizuki decides to kill herself and sneaks into an abandoned school building to go after Rin, the person she has a crush on. But there, she meets Rin again, who has lost her memory and become a zombie! To regain Rin’s memory and to convey her feelings, Mizuki decides to mimic a zombie! While spending time with the zombie girls and her mysterious teacher, Mizuki gets closer to the truth behind Rin’s death…This license adds to Manga Planet’s growing Yuri manga and super light novel library. They also Yuri series LOVELY, Night and Day, Two Guns Under the Sheet, First Love Story: Shino X Asuka Story, and more.According to the project, they are currently negotiating with Bunkasha Publisher, Kaiohsha Publishing, K.K. HarperCollins Japan, and Mungenup Inc. THey hope to announce new licenses soon.Super light novels are web novels designed for mobile platforms. They are shorter than traditional light novels and contain more illustrations.Subscribers can enjoy Girls’ Love of the Dead on Manga Planet this April.
