Seven Seas Entertainment Announce Early Digital Edition of ‘I’m in Love with the Villainess’ Vol 3; Release English CoverYesterday, Seven Seas Entertainment uploaded the official English cover for the third volume of Inori’s Yuri light novel I’m in Love with the Villainess. The publisher also announced that the digital edition of the light novel would be released early on June 3, 2021. It will be followed by paperback editions on July 6.The cover depicts protagonist Rae, her wife Claire, and their children, May and Aleah. When the original cover was unveiled for the Japanese release last year it made waves in the Yuri community. Depictions of lesbian women creating a family and raising children together are exceedingly rare, almost unheard of, in Yuri.Seven Seas Describes I’m in Love with the Villainess Vol. 3:After the revolution, Rae and Claire start a new life together as teachers, mothers, and wives. But soon the political machinations of the Nur Empire threaten their peaceful days. Worse, Rae recognizes them as the inciting events of RevoLily, the sequel to Revolution. Once again, she must rely on her wit, courage, and love for Claire to overcome an evil end.I’m in Love with the Villainess received critical acclaim for its characters, world-building, and LGBTQ+ themes.
