Yuri Series ‘I’m in Love with the Villainess’ Wins 5th Place in 'Manga We Want to See Animated’ PollOn Saturday, AnimeJapan announced via live stream the winners of their fourth Manga We Want to See Animated poll. About 250,000 people voted for a list of over 100 nominated titles. Voting took place between February 18 and February 28.Among the winners announced was Inori’s I’m in Love with the Villainess (Watashi no Oshi wa Akuyaku Reijou), which was awarded fifth place. This celebrated Yuri light novel and manga series follows otome fan Rei, who awakens in her favorite game, “Revolution.” However, Rei has no interest in any of the game’s bachelors but is madly in love with the game’s villain, Claire, and devotes herself to serving her… and saving her from the coming revolution.Series creator Inori took to Twitter to express her excitement over the announcement, writing, “Thanks to everyone’s support, we were able to achieve great results.
