A manga adaption of Ameko Kaeruda’s Sexiled: My Sexist Party Leader Kicked Me Out, So I Teamed Up With a Mythical Sorceress! began serialization yesterday on Shogakukan’s digital platform Sunday Webry. The manga is illustrated by Yomiya Ririura. It is available to read for free on Sunday Webry’s website. New chapters will be uploaded every other Monday.Sexiled follows Tanya Artemiciov, a talented mage, and adventurer. After being kicked out of her party by its sexist leader she accidentally wakes up an ancient and extremely powerful sorceress, Laplace. The two decide to team up to get revenge, kick ass, kiss girls, and dismantle the patriarchy.Kaeruda was inspired to write the fantasy series after news broke that Tokyo Medical University discriminated against women by dampening the scores of female applicants. Sexiled received praise from critics for its feminist theme and manipulation of tropes common with power fantasy and isekai stories.The original light novels are published in English by J-Novel Club.
