‘A Tropical Fish Yearns for Snow’ Concludes Serialization; Author Working on New TitleThe final chapter of Makoto Hagino’s A Tropical Fish Yearns for Snow (Nettaigyo wa Yuki ni Kogareru) was released in the May issue of Dengeki Maoh on March 27. The issue also stated that Hagino is already working on a new project.A Tropical Fish Yearns for Snow is a drama Yuri manga following Konatsu, a fish-out-of-water girl moving to a new school. She meets Koyuki, the president of the aquarium club, and the two grow close and start to show more of themselves to each other and the world.The series launched in Dengeki Maoh in 2017. Kadokawa has published eight volumes as of December 2020. The ninth and final volume will be released in Japan on June 25, 2021. Viz Media licenses the manga in English.
