The Ninth Does Not Count Anymore.... Not that Allen's pick of the week, Pluto has anything to do with a planet, at least as far as I know. It does have everything to do with Astroboy, though, at least in a more realistic, mature sense. And thankfully, the anime lives up to the manga in all the most important ways. Enjoy.
