Parole Board News Hints At When Is Jared Fogle Getting Out Of Prison
Jared Scott Fogle is an American former spokesman for Subway restaurants and convicted sex offender. Taylor has agreed to plead guilty to child exploitation and child pornography charges. Prosecutors said in a sentencing memorandum filed last week that Fogle received photos or videos from Taylor of eight of those 12 youths, and that some of those images were of girls as young as 12. The case involved interstate travel to pay minors for sex, as well as at least 400 child pornography videos — many of which Fogle received from the head of his charity, prosecutors said at today's hearing. Fogle was sentenced to 188 months on each count, to be served concurrently. According to records from the Federal Bureau ofPrisons, Jared’s earliest potential release date is March 24, 2029, when he will reach the age of 51. To be eligible for parole, he must serve a minimum of 13 years, which corresponds to at least 85 percent of his sentence. Former Subway sandwich chain pitchman JaredFogle on Thursday was sentenced to 15-1/2 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to child pornography and sex charges. Fogle is currently serving a nearly 16-year sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution (F.C.I.) in Englewood, Colorado.
